Who are you, and what will be your growth path?

As an (ML) Software Developer, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining long-term projects for our clients. The main focus of these projects is software development, with a touch of Machine Learning. For this role, we are looking for a passionate developer that’s ready to work on projects that deliver real impact. From the start, we will invest in your development to further your technical and personal growth. We are searching for someone that checks most of the following boxes:

• You have a bachelor’s degree in Software Developing, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Mathematics, or a similar field.

• You are confident in your Software Developing/Engineering skills.

• You have mastered the SciPy stack (Python, pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn, …).

• You know your way around source control and reproducibility tooling (git, conda, pip, docker).

• You are familiar with basic Machine Learning concepts and are interested in learning more.

• You know how to communicate your work, both mouth-to-mouth and over a presentation.

• You are comfortable having face-to-face meetings.

• You are willing to go to the client's office once a week.

• You have experience with a cloud platform, preferably with AWS or Azure.

There is a possibility to grow into a Machine Learning Engineering position, where the main focus will be on the development and deployment of Machine Learning solutions. You’re ready to make this step once you gathered enough Machine Learning experience, both on a project and through internal trainings.
