Key Responsibilities:
Craft and execute the 2024 marketing plan, aligned with our business objectives
Develop a robust marketing strategy focused on generating a strong feeling of trust in Radix as an AI partner among our clients and prospects
Strengthen our digital footprint, particularly on LinkedIn, through strategic content and audience engagement
Collaborate with Sales and Delivery teams for effective event management and content optimization
Oversee the marketing budget and resources for 2024, ensuring efficient allocation
Lead and develop a team, promoting a culture of collaboration and knowledge-sharing

Job requirements
Who You Are:
A self-motivated professional with 10-15 years of relevant experience in Marketing
Fluent in English, with a Master's degree
Proficient in content marketing, B2B environments, tech industry, and digital marketing tools (CMS, Google Analytics, SEO, social media), preferably in a services company
A natural communicator, committed to fostering trust and understanding in professional relationships
